STEAMING vs MOPPING or spot cleaning, 

Soap and suds has been in business for 14 years and only utilize the proper sanitary practice of vapour steaming. 

WE DO NOT MOP AND BUCKET 

The reason we steam is that we use a professional steamer (not bought in your regular box store) . They use steam vapours to lift dirt through the steam and the continuous changing of the pad on the steamer. No chemical is required therefore no residue is possible once all previously used chemical is cleaned away with steam vapours. 

They do not use water or chemicals like a soft mop would use leaving that residue on your floor or leaving the floors too wet damaging them. A soft mop will also push around dust skin follicles and dirt around your floor and home as opposed to lifting and removing it. 

We have been in business for over 14 years cleaning thousands upon thousands of floors weekly never causing damage. 

Please note: a lot of installation/sales companies for flooring suggest not to steam-- these companies are referring to the steamers that use continuous "water" with the potential of damaging their floors. As professionals in their trade, yes they are correct but only  with other steamers and regular residential usage by NON trained individuals. 

As professionals --defined as individuals whom have reached 10 thousand hours of an industry-- in OUR trade we fully stand behind our processes for cleaning what they have installed. 

If you as a client choose not to have your floor steamed our compromise is that we will vacuum floor of all dust and dirt and when we have left from the clean you are welcome to clean your floor however you choose. 

We have a certain standard and strive to keep these standards.
